Kind ladies and gentlemen,

Without losing myself in sentiment, today we finally put to rest the fond memories and laurels of last year’s truly thrilling Regatta debut (and any hope of quietude for us organizers) in favor of boldly sallying forth, into the new year upon the first of many steps, as we launch into the 2nd annual Great Handcar Regatta 2009!
